Manage order shipments, assign transport resources, and track delivery progress.
Dispatching an Order
- Select an invoice or sales order ready for shipment.
- Assign a delivery date, a company vehicle, and a driver.
- Print the Route Sheet containing addresses and customer contact numbers.
- Mark the status as In Transit.
Delivery Outcomes
Once the driver returns, log the outcome:
- Delivered: Customer accepted all items.
- Partially Delivered: Some items rejected (automatically triggers sales return flows).
- Failed: Delivery failed (rescheduled or cancelled).
