Stock Management

Stock Management​

Navigate to Sales & Inventory → Stock Inventory.

Viewing Stock​

The stock list shows:

  • Product name and SKU
  • Current quantity on hand
  • Reorder level
  • Stock value (quantity × cost)

Stock Adjustments​

  1. Click on a product
  2. Select Adjust Stock
  3. Enter adjustment type:
    • Add: Increase quantity
    • Remove: Decrease quantity
  4. Enter quantity and reason
  5. Save adjustment

Low Stock Alerts​

Configure reorder levels per product. When stock falls below the reorder level, you'll see it highlighted in the list.
