Running Payroll​

Navigate to Human Resources → Payroll.

Monthly Payroll Process​

  1. Click Run Payroll
  2. Select pay period (e.g., January 2025)
  3. System calculates:
    • Basic salary
    • Attendance adjustments
    • Allowances
    • Statutory deductions (PAYE, SHIF, NSSF, Housing Levy)
    • Custom deductions
  4. Review summary
  5. Submit for approval
  6. Mark as Paid
  7. Generate payslips

Payslips​

  • Download individual PDFs
  • Bulk download all payslips
  • Email directly to employees

Statutory Calculations​

All deductions follow current Kenyan tax tables and rates, updated automatically when rates change.
