Chart of Accounts

Navigate to Accounting & Finance → Chart of Accounts.

Account Types

Type	Description
Asset	What you own (Cash, Bank, AR, Inventory)
Liability	What you owe (AP, Loans, Tax Payable)
Equity	Owner's stake (Capital, Retained Earnings)
Revenue	Money earned (Sales, Service Income)
Expense	Money spent (Rent, Salaries, Utilities)

Adding an Account

1. Click Add Account
2. Enter account code (e.g., 1100)
3. Enter account name (e.g., Petty Cash)
4. Select account type
5. Choose parent account (optional)
6. Save

Pre-configured Accounts

NuSaaS includes standard accounts:

• Cash and bank accounts
• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Sales Revenue and COGS
• Common expense categories
• Tax accounts (VAT, Withholding)
